Genshin Impact guide – Sumeru desert map and fast travel points
The road that leads to the Sumeru desert in Genshin Impact can be found near Caravan Ribat, a small town in the southwestern corner of Sumeru proper. Previously blocked, the new update allows you to search for a passage through the valley. However, an even better method is to use the teleporter south of the Ruins of Dahri. Since it is on a mountain, you can glide to the nearest statue of the seven in the Setekh Netherland – the Aaru Valley.
To note: If you do Archon Quest Act 3 Chapter 3, your tasks will also take you there.
Activating this Statue of the Seven shows faster movement points in Genshin Impactis the Sumeru Desert. Continue your way south, marking more teleporters as you go. Don’t forget to use your grappling hook move as the terrain is very rough and uneven (you’ll have trouble climbing the plateaus normally).
Eventually you will reach a part called the Land of High Setekh. There is another Statue of the Seven here which is on a hill.
Finally, the third statue of the seven is in the Hypostyle Desert, right on the open plains and dunes in front of King Deshret’s mausoleum.
This area has a few areas, as well as a new exploitable boss called Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network. Yes, that’s his name. Don’t ask me why the developers wanted it to compete with Daenerys Targaryen or Settra the Imperishable titles.
