Danish Crown Prince Frederik, who is visiting Vietnam, visited tourist spots in Hanoi on Tuesday and watched a water puppet show.

After receiving an official welcome from government leaders, Frederik and his entourage visited Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake and walked over The Huc Bridge to Ngoc Son Temple, one of the capital’s iconic landmarks.

They then went to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater in Hang Bac Street to explore Dong Ho paintings, a unique Vietnamese art.

The prince tried his hand at painting before attending a water puppet show depicting rural life in the northern delta.
